Are all your products 100% authentic?

Absolutely. We source all our products directly from official distributors and manufacturers. Every TCG card, video game, action figure and tech accessory we sell is guaranteed to be authentic. We never sell counterfeit or bootleg products.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping within the United States takes 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation.

How do you package TCG cards and collectibles?

We take packaging extremely seriously. All single cards are shipped in penny sleeves, top loaders and team bags. Booster boxes are double-boxed with bubble wrap to ensure they arrive in mint condition.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened items. Sealed TCG products cannot be returned once opened. Defective items will be replaced at no cost to you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

What condition are your TCG cards in?

All single cards are in Near Mint (NM) condition unless otherwise stated. We grade all cards ourselves before listing them for sale.

Do you offer pre-orders?

Yes, we offer pre-orders for upcoming sets. These are charged at purchase and shipped on the official release date. Orders containing pre-order items ship once all items are in stock.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
